The perfect ab exercise

Fool-proofs itself by the nature of its performance. How do we take the hip-flexors out of the movement? flex your triceps, you will notice that when this happens your biceps relaxes. So we will use this same principle to take the hip flexors out of the sit up, have a partner put their hands just under your knees and have them pull, you in turn will pull on their hand flexing your glutes and hamstrings therefore relaxing your hip-flexors and isolating your abs do five sit-ups and see how you feel.
